Units are quoted for coastal cyclone loads but built to a lower inland specification.
Standard EPS is shipped where codes require FR-EPS, PU or rock wool panels.
Roof framing is designed for a lower snow load than the destination site requires.
Panels do not align with the frame, creating leaks, drafts and cold bridges.
Electrical and plumbing work is assumed to be included but is absent from the shipment.
