HVAC Systems Supplier in China for Hotels, Residences and Commercial Projects
We source air conditioning, ventilation and chilled-water equipment from verified Chinese factories, check it against your specification and coordinate the shipment. JEES Global is a sourcing company, so the equipment is made by independent factories we select and inspect for your order.
HVAC equipment we can help you source
Send the consultant schedule and we match each line to factories that already build to the capacity, voltage and certification you need. Items that share a site can ship together with other long-lead materials.
| Product | Typical use | Fix before quoting |
|---|---|---|
| Split and multi-split air conditioners | Apartments, offices, small shops | Cooling capacity, voltage and frequency, refrigerant, climate class |
| VRF outdoor and indoor units | Hotels and mid-rise offices | Capacity per zone, pipe length limits, controller type |
| Air-cooled and water-cooled chillers | Large commercial and hospitality | Capacity, compressor type, refrigerant, water temperatures |
| Fan coil units and air handling units | Chilled-water buildings | Airflow, static pressure, coil rows, casing insulation |
| Ducting, fittings and flexible duct | All ducted systems | Material and gauge, insulation, leakage class |
| Fans, ventilation and heat recovery units | Car parks, kitchens, fresh air | Airflow, pressure, motor type, fire rating for smoke extract |
| Thermostats and controls | Hotel rooms and offices | Protocol such as Modbus or BACnet, compatibility with the BMS |
Specify it so quotations can be compared
Start from the consultant load calculation
Capacity should come from your engineer, not from a catalogue range. A unit rated at standard test conditions can deliver less in very hot weather, so where summers are severe, ask for the high-ambient rating (T3 class under ISO 5151) on the datasheet.
Fix power and refrigerant early
Supply voltage, phase and frequency (50 or 60 Hz) must match the building, and a mismatch cannot be solved at the port. Refrigerant rules are tightening in many markets, so confirm which refrigerant the destination allows and whether local technicians can service it.
Name the approvals you need
Requirements differ: CE and Eurovent listings for Europe, AHRI listing in North America, and national energy-label or conformity approvals in the Gulf and other markets. Certificates are held per model, so ask for the one that matches your model number. See how to request certification.
What we check before the units are loaded
Chillers and air handling units are few in number and high in value, so piece by piece inspection of each unit often costs less than one failure on site. Split units and ducting follow an agreed AQL pre-shipment inspection.
- Nameplate against the order: model, capacity, voltage, phase, refrigerant
- Casing, coil and fin damage, and refrigerant pipe condition
- Run test on units from the lot, with the result recorded
- Holding-pressure or leak check on pre-charged equipment
- Duct gauge and insulation thickness measured, not read from the datasheet
- Accessories complete: remotes, brackets, drain kits, manuals
- Carton or crate condition, upright marking and moisture protection
Shipping, commissioning and warranty
Compressor equipment must travel upright and braced, and outdoor units need edge protection and a loading plan that avoids stacking beyond the rated load. Ducting is bulky, so a container plan that mixes it with dense items can cut freight cost. See container loading supervision.
Commissioning is normally done by a local contractor, so agree the warranty route in writing: who diagnoses a fault, who ships parts and how long it takes. Keep a spare-parts list with the quotation. If goods arrive damaged or short, the process in our guide to making the claim applies.
Mistakes we see in HVAC Systems orders
- Choosing capacity from catalogue numbers instead of the load calculation
- Ordering 60 Hz equipment for a 50 Hz supply, or the other way round
- Comparing ducting quotations without stating gauge and insulation thickness
- Leaving the spare-parts list and warranty route until after shipment
- Skipping a run test because the unit is sealed in its carton
HVAC Systems sourcing questions
Are you an HVAC manufacturer?
No. JEES Global is a sourcing and coordination company. We select factories, compare quotations, inspect the goods and coordinate shipping. The warranty on the equipment comes from the factory and is written into your quotation.
What do you need to send for a quotation?
The equipment schedule from your consultant, voltage and frequency, refrigerant and approval requirements, quantities, destination port and target delivery date. A clear BOQ speeds up comparison.
Can you source equipment for very hot climates?
We ask factories for models with a high-ambient rating and for the rating on the datasheet. Confirm the test class for each model, since not every model in a range carries it.
Can HVAC ship with other materials?
Yes, when schedules allow. Consolidating with plumbing, insulation or finishing materials is covered in our guide to one-stop sourcing.
Do you inspect before payment of the balance?
Inspection is arranged before shipment so you can decide on release before the final payment. See payment terms for how balance timing is usually structured.
Send your HVAC schedule for quotation
A consultant schedule or equipment list is enough to start. We return a factory shortlist, comparable quotations and an inspection plan.
- Equipment schedule with capacities
- Voltage, phase and frequency
- Refrigerant and certification requirements
- Quantities and destination port
- Target delivery date
