In short
  • JEES Global is a sourcing and coordination company. The goods are made by independent Chinese factories, not by us.
  • Website content is information, not an offer. An order binds only after written confirmation.
  • Price, payment terms, lead time and Incoterm are fixed in your written quotation or contract.
  • An inspection report records what was checked, at that time, against the agreed plan. It does not guarantee every unit.
  • Quality claims need written notice with photos and the inspection report.

1. Who we are

JEES Global is a construction-material sourcing, supply and export coordination company based in Wuxi, Jiangsu, China. We help buyers find and verify Chinese factories, compare quotations, coordinate samples, follow production, arrange inspections, consolidate cargo and prepare export documents.

The factories that make the goods are independent businesses. We do not present ourselves as the manufacturer of those goods. In these terms, “you” means the person or company using the website or buying through us, and “we” means Jee’s Export Import Co.Ltd.

2. Accepting these terms

By using the website, sending an enquiry or accepting a quotation, you accept these terms. If you act for a company, you confirm that you have authority to bind it. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or send us project files.

A signed contract, proforma invoice or written order confirmation can add to or replace parts of these terms for a specific order. Where they conflict, the signed document applies to that order.

3. Using the website

You may use the site to learn about our services and to send project enquiries. You must not:

  • send false or misleading enquiries, or enquiries made only to collect supplier or price information;
  • upload malware or files you have no right to share;
  • scrape, copy or republish site content in bulk;
  • try to break, probe or overload the site or its security.

We may block access or delete submissions that break these rules.

4. Information on this site

Category pages, guides, checklists and process descriptions are general information for buyers. They are not engineering, legal, tax or customs advice. Product specifications, applicable standards and certificates must be confirmed for your project in writing before you order.

Import rules, duties and product standards differ by country and change over time. Check current requirements with your own advisers and the authorities of the destination country before you commit to an order.

5. Our services and their limits

The exact scope of each project is set in your quotation or contract. Anything outside that scope is not included.

ServiceWhat it coversWhat it does not cover
Sourcing and quotation comparisonMatching BOQ lines to suitable factories, collecting quotations on the same specification, comparing MOQ, lead time and termsNo promise of the lowest price on the market
Factory verificationChecks on business registration, production capability and references available at the time of the checkA check is a snapshot. It does not guarantee the factory’s future performance or finances
Sample coordinationOrdering, collecting and forwarding samplesA sample shows capability at that time. Mass production can differ unless it is controlled and inspected
Production follow-upProgress checks against the agreed schedule and specificationThe factory stays responsible for making the goods
Quality inspectionChecks against the agreed specification, approved sample and defect classes, with a written reportUnits that were not inspected. See clause 9
Consolidation, export documents and shipping coordinationCombining goods from several factories, preparing export documents, supervising loading, coordinating carriers and forwardersCarrier schedules, port congestion and customs timing, which we do not control

6. Enquiries, quotations and orders

  • Your information. A quotation is based on the BOQ, drawings and requirements you send. You are responsible for their accuracy: quantities, dimensions, grades, finishes, standards and destination.
  • Quotation validity. A quotation is valid for the period written in it. Material and freight costs move, so after that period we may requote.
  • Order confirmation. No order binds either side until it is confirmed in writing (signed contract, proforma invoice or written order confirmation) and any agreed deposit is received.
  • Changes. Changes to specification, quantity or packaging after confirmation can change price and lead time. They apply only when agreed in writing, and a factory may refuse a change once production has started.
  • Cancellation. Made-to-order and custom goods usually cannot be cancelled or returned once production starts, unless the contract says otherwise.

To start, send your BOQ or material list.

7. Prices, payment and Incoterms

Prices, currency, payment schedule and payment method are stated in your quotation or contract. Late payment can delay production or shipment.

The Incoterm named in the contract (for example FOB or CIF) decides who books and pays freight and insurance, who clears export, and when risk passes. Import duties, taxes and destination port charges are the buyer’s, unless the Incoterm or contract says otherwise.

Payment fraud warning

Bank details are issued in writing from an @jeesglobal.com email address. If you receive changed bank details, or a request that looks unusual, confirm it by phone with us before you pay. We are not responsible for money sent to an account we did not confirm.

8. Production and lead times

Lead times are estimates based on information from the factory. They can move because of raw-material supply, factory holidays, delayed approvals, buyer changes or rework. When we learn of a delay, we tell you promptly and explain the effect on shipping.

9. Inspection

  • The inspection standard, sampling plan, defect classes and acceptance criteria are agreed before inspection starts. Sampling inspection follows an AQL plan. Piece by piece inspection checks every unit.
  • A report records the result at the time and place of inspection, for the goods that were presented and accessible.
  • Pass, hold or reject follows the agreed criteria. You decide whether to accept, rework, sort or reject. We coordinate the path you choose with the factory.
  • Under a sampling plan, units outside the sample are not individually checked. An inspection does not replace your own checks when the goods arrive.

See also pre-shipment inspection.

10. Shipping, risk and title

Risk passes at the point set by the Incoterm in the contract. Title passes as the contract states. Cargo insurance is recommended on every shipment. Unless insurance is part of the agreed Incoterm or quotation, arranging it is the buyer’s responsibility.

Carrier delays, port congestion, customs inspections and weather are outside our control. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss caused by them, but we help you manage the shipment and the paperwork.

11. Factories and third parties

We choose, verify and coordinate factories, but they are independent businesses. Warranty and after-sales terms for the goods are those of the factory, as written in the quotation or contract. We pass claims to the factory and follow them up for you.

Links on this site to other websites are for convenience. We do not control or endorse them.

12. Claims

If goods do not match the agreed specification, send written notice to sourcing@jeesglobal.com with:

  • the order or contract number;
  • photos or video of the problem, including packaging and labels;
  • the packing list and, where one exists, the inspection report.

Give notice within the period stated in the contract. If the contract is silent, give notice promptly after discovery and before the goods are installed or used. Keep the goods and packaging available for review. Remedy (replacement, repair, price adjustment or refund) is agreed with the factory under the contract.

13. Intellectual property

Text, images, graphics and layout on this site belong to JEES Global or its licensors. You may quote short extracts with a link to the source page. Other use needs our written permission.

Your drawings, designs and brand marks stay yours. We use them only to prepare quotations, brief factories and manage your order. You confirm that you have the right to use them and that they do not infringe another party’s rights.

14. Confidentiality and data

We share the relevant parts of your BOQ and specification with shortlisted factories so that they can quote. If your project needs a confidentiality agreement with us or with the factory, ask for it before you send drawings. We handle personal data as set out in our Privacy Policy.

15. Trade compliance

Each side must follow the export-control, sanctions and anti-bribery laws that apply to the order. We may decline or suspend an order that could breach those laws, including an order involving a sanctioned person or destination.

The buyer is responsible for import licences, destination-country product standards, labelling and registrations. We help collect certificates and test reports from the factory, but the buyer confirms they are acceptable to the destination authority.

16. Liability

This website is provided for information, as available. To the extent the law allows:

  • we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or project delay costs;
  • our total liability for any claim linked to an order is limited to the amount we received from you for the affected service or order.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud or intentional misconduct.

17. Events beyond our control

Neither side is liable for delay or failure caused by events outside its reasonable control, such as natural disaster, epidemic, war, government action, port closure, strikes or power rationing. The affected side must tell the other promptly and take reasonable steps to limit the impact.

18. Governing law and disputes

Unless a signed contract says otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. We will first try to settle any dispute by good-faith discussion. If that fails, the competent court at the place of our registered office has jurisdiction.

19. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. An order continues under the terms in force when it was confirmed.
