We help international buyers identify, verify, and source from construction material manufacturers and building materials factories in China. - Yes. We regularly source wholesale construction materials for large-scale residential, commercial, hotel, and infrastructure projects. We coordinate bulk procurement from multiple factories and consolidate different product categories into one container shipment. There is no minimum order requirement though larger volumes unlock better pricing.

- Our pre-shipment inspection covers product dimensions, tolerances, finish quality, color accuracy, quantity confirmation, and packaging review against the confirmed specification. We can also coordinate third-party inspections (SGS, Bureau Veritas, or equivalent) for buyers who require independent verification. Inspection photos and reports are provided.
06 What is the typical MOQ when sourcing building materials from China through JEES Global?
- JEES Global does not impose a minimum order quantity. MOQ is determined by individual manufacturers and varies by product category. For standard products, many factories accept orders from one 20-foot container (LCL options available for smaller volumes). Custom products typically require higher quantities. We confirm MOQ details during the quotation process.
07 What lead times should I expect for construction materials from China?
- Standard products typically have 15–45 day production times. Custom or semi-custom products take 30–90 days depending on complexity and factory schedule. Shipping to most destinations adds 15–35 days by sea. We confirm factory lead times in the quotation and track production progress to flag delays early.
08 Can JEES Global help with BOQ matching and specification drawings?
- Yes. We review your drawings and material schedule, clarify any ambiguities, and make sure the factory quotation matches what your project actually requires. Translating a BOQ or architectural drawing into specific Chinese-factory specifications is one of the most common reasons buyers come to us.
09 What export documents does JEES Global provide?
- We prepare and coordinate the commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, applicable product compliance certificates (CE, SGS, ISO, ASTM, RoHS, FCC, UL where applicable), and any other export documents required for your destination country. All documents are reviewed before shipment to avoid customs delays.
10 Does JEES Global support FOB and CIF shipping?
- Yes. We coordinate both FOB where we manage the supply and loading in China and you arrange your own freight and CIF where we manage freight and insurance to your destination port. We work with your freight forwarder directly or can connect you with trusted logistics partners.
11 Which countries does JEES Global export to?
- We regularly export to the United States, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, Germany, Nigeria, South Africa, India, Bangladesh, Philippines, Malaysia, and other markets across Africa, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and the Americas. If your country isn't listed, contact us our logistics partners cover most global destinations.
12 Can I request samples before placing an order?
- Yes. For most product categories, we coordinate factory samples for your review before committing to a full production order. Sample costs and lead times vary by product and factory some samples are free (covered by the supplier), others require a fee that is credited against your production order. We confirm sample details during quotation.
